What types of tours and transfers do you offer in Tuscany?

At Tuscany Flavor, we offer private tours, excursions, and transfers as well as Italy travel packages. Our offerings include wine-tasting tours, cooking classes, olive oil tastings, and scenic transfers to various Tuscan destinations, and much more.  If you do not see a specific service that you are looking for, please send us an email request.

How can I book a tour or transfer with your company?

Booking with us is easy! You can make a reservation for some of our most popular services directly through our website or you can send us an email utilizing our contact us page or by sending us an email at hello@tuscanyflavor.com.  We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Are your tours suitable for all ages and fitness levels?

Most of our tours are suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels, However, some food and wine tours may have age restrictions due to alcohol consumption. Please check the specific tour details for any restrictions. If participants are under the legal age limit for alcohol consumption, a non-alcoholic substitution will be available.
If you have specific accessibility requests for disabilities, wheelchairs, strollers, allergies, etc. please be sure to contact us before booking so we confirm that we are able to accommodate.

Do your tours include meals and tastings?

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences?

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please inform us of any special requirements when booking your tour, and we will make every effort to tailor the experience to your needs.  We are unable to accommodate clients with severe food allergies as there may be trace amounts of allergens in tastings due to cross contamination.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is transportation included in the tour price?

Transportation is included when specified.  Most walking tours start at a meeting point that will be given upon making your reservation.

Do you offer private tours for groups or special occasions?

Absolutely! We offer private tours for groups, couples, and special occasions like birthdays, wedding parties, and anniversaries. Contact us for more information on customizing a private tour experience.

Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?
